These terms apply when you use jpgraphy.com or ask about JPGraphy LLC's photography services. By using the site, you agree to them. If you book a session, your signed Photoshoot Agreement controls that booking. If anything on this page conflicts with your agreement, the agreement wins.

1. Using our website

You may browse our site for personal use and to learn about our services. Please don't copy the site's content, scrape it, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Our images

Every photo on this site is protected by copyright. Each one belongs to JPGraphy or to the client who appears in it, and we display it with permission. You may not download, screenshot, edit, repost, or sell these images. You also may not use them to train AI or machine-learning tools. Want to share something? Link to the page or tag @jpgraphy0.

3. Inquiries, quotes, and pricing

An inquiry, quote, or message doesn't reserve a date. Your date is booked only after you sign a Photoshoot Agreement and your retainer payment clears. If the client or the main person being photographed is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the agreement. Prices on the site may change at any time. The price in your signed agreement is the one we honor.



4. Credits

We don't sell gift cards at this time. Any credit voucher we issue has no cash value and can be used only for JPGraphy services or products.

5. Booking policies at a glance

Here's a quick summary of what's in our Photoshoot Agreement:

5.1 Retainer. 25% of the package price when you sign. It's non-refundable and holds your date.

5.2 Remaining balance. Due at least 3 days before your session.

5.3 Payment methods. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, and Zelle. Card and ACH payments include a processing fee. Zelle has no fee.

5.4 Rescheduling. Allowed once for illness or emergency with at least 3 days' notice. Other reschedule requests are at our discretion. The new date must be within 2 weeks.

5.5 Cancellation. More than 72 hours before: we keep the retainer (25% of the total) and refund anything you paid beyond it. Within 72 hours or a no-show: all payments are kept.

5.6 Late arrival. Your session still ends at the scheduled time. Extra time is billed at $120/hour.

5.7 Delivery. Edited photos in a private online gallery within 5 business days for portrait sessions and up to 10 business days for weddings.

5.8 Gallery window. Your gallery is open for 14 days. Please download everything and send us any edit requests within that time.

5.9 RAW files. Not included, and deleted within 30 days after delivery.

5.10 Photo ownership. Copyright transfers to you once you've paid in full. We keep the right to use the images to promote our work.

5.11 Keeping your photos private. Add our Privacy Add-On before your session.

5.12 Locations. You're responsible for permits and venue or entry fees.

6. Prints, albums, and products

• Product orders are final once production begins, because each item is custom-made.
• Colors on printed products can look slightly different from what you see on screen.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
• We ship to the address you provide. Local pickup in West Dundee is available. Shipping time depends on the lab and the carrier.
• Illinois sales tax applies to physical products as required by law.

7. Studio visits

Our West Dundee studio is open by appointment only, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets aren't allowed in the studio at this time. Please handle props and lighting equipment carefully. You're responsible for any damage your group causes.

8. Reviews and testimonials

If you send us a review or testimonial, you allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing, along with your first name and session type.

9. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media, booking platforms, or vendors we recommend. We're not responsible for what's on those sites or how they handle your data.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, JPGraphy isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by your use of the website. Our responsibility for photography services is governed by your Photoshoot Agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Illinois law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cook County or Kane County, Illinois.
